The revival of greens blends

According to Research and Markets, the greens powder market was valued at US$ 196.56 million in 2018 and is projected to reach US$ 397.78 million by 2027; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.3% from 2019 to 2027.

Dark green cruciferous vegetables such as kale and broccoli are high in nutrients and contain glucosinolates, which are studied for their ability to aid in regulating inflammation and stress response and promote antioxidant activity to help fight free radicals. Eating a diet rich in leafy greens also offers additional studied health benefits such as the reduced risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and mental decline. Greens are also a good source of fibre and are low in calories.
