ProEarth® Hydrolysed Wheat Gluten peptides are derived from wheat grain and have an 80% protein content. It contains the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine as well as trace minerals. The highly soluble powder is low in sugar and contains trace minerals. Hydrolysis of wheat gluten improves the speed at which the protein is digested compared to the complete protein, which may improve nutritional effectiveness.

ProEarth® Hydrolysed Wheat Gluten peptides is a free-flowing fine powder that is water-soluble. It is suitable for use in sports nutrition and wellness blends including protein blends, post-workout and meal replacement shakes. Wheat gluten peptides are also suitable for use in baked products such as bars, bread, muffins, brownies, cakes and cookies.

Hydrolysis of wheat gluten improves the speed at which the protein is digested compared to the complete protein. It is thought that consumption of wheat originated in South-Eastern Turkey as far back as 9600 BC.
