Shipping dates and deadlines for the festive period

To ensure that your delivery arrives in time for our Christmas shutdown period, please see our shipping information below.

Please note, CC HQ will shut down from midday Friday 22 December and we will reopen Tuesday 2 January 2024.

EU and ROW

The last dispatch day for shipments to the EU and the rest of the world is December 20, 2023. This means all EU and ROW sales orders must be closed and submitted by 16:45 UK time on December 19.

UK

The last dispatch day for shipments to UK destinations is December 21, 2023. This means all UK, including Northern Irish orders, must be closed and submitted by 16:45 UK time on December 20.
