What happened?

The majority of Europe’s fish oil derives from Peruvian anchovies. The recent fishing season yielded 50% less fish than the previous year and as a result, there is a significant market shortage of 18/12 EE fish oil, the most popular grade. This is due to the Tonga tsunami which capsized a tanker off the Peruvian coast, rendering those fishing areas inaccessible for the foreseeable months. We are pleased to advise we have secured a large quantity of stock prior to this market shortage taking effect.
