Cambridge Commodities passes BRC audit with AA grade

We are delighted to announce that we have passed our annual BRC audit and achieved an AA, the highest possible grade.

The audit shows our commitment to providing the highest quality ingredients which is paramount to us as an ingredient supplier and forms part of our mission statement.

Our cleanroom, warehouse and quality departments showed how our operational processes ensure the highest level of food safety and quality. In version 8 of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, which was introduced in February of this year, there is an even bigger emphasis on food safety which ensures our dedication to complying with the rightfully increasing standards.
