Branch chain amino acids, also known as BCAAs are made of three essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. instAA®, is a vegan suitable amino acid blend that provides the branch chain amino acids L- Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine in a ratio of 2:1:1.
