Fructo-Oligo Saccharide (FOS) is high in fibre.

Our FOS is derived from beetroot. FOS is a type of fibre that is found naturally in a range of plant foods such as onion, chicory, garlic, asparagus, banana and artichoke. It is composed of short fructose chains linked by beta (2-1) bonds. It has a pleasant sweet and neutral taste and is often used to fortify foods with fibre, or used to improve the texture of reduced fat foods.
